Nortura PROF

Nortura PROF you are Norway's leading supplier of meat and eggs to the large kitchen market.

On UMAMI Arena (formerly SMAK) the aim was to inspire, share the joy of food and impart knowledge. They work continuously to develop products, menus and concepts and want to show this at the fair. In addition, they wanted to promote their own skilled chefs and professionals from the value chain with their expertise and enjoyment of food.

NPG chose to create a backyard concept where the visitors were drawn into the core of the stand. Here they got a good overview of the area and could wander around on a fantastic food tour. Various stations distributed around the stand showcased the unique concepts.

At the stand there was Live Cooking and Kitchen Takeover with chefs such as Arne Brimi, restaurants and partners.

Henriette and Halvor are truly the Dream Team, and we couldn't be more satisfied with them. Clear, informative, proactive and there is really no detail that is forgotten. Good and direct follow-up all the way, we got security and high quality in all phases of the project. Halvor was especially hands on during uprigging, messeuken and downrigging. NPG is a good and safe partner for us in such a large and important arena!

Materials and stand elements were carefully chosen to create a comprehensive concept with design and functionality in mind.

Neon lights, cork, birch veneer and plants in combination with black metal created a unique and warm atmosphere that made room for the clever people at Nortura PROFF to inspire, engage and share good food experiences.
